Children/ Family Karate Class (7 yrs old +) : 6-7pm **
Youth & Adult Karate Class( 12 or above) : 7-8pm

** Family Karate Class - Parents get 50% off the tuition fee **

These programs reach into the community, providing a vehicle for evangelism to children and adults.

We present the Gospel message monthly, we pray before every class and praise God for our karate family and the time we get to practice this sport and learn more about Jesus Christ.

我們致力推廣空手道

松濤館 (Shotokan) 是空手道四大流派之一,由船越義珍 Gichin Funakoshi (1868–1957) 將空手道自沖繩傳入日本本土的第一人,同時也是現代空手道流派,松濤館流的創始者。空手道訓練包括三大元素: kihon (基本功)、 kumite (搏擊技) 和kata (套路)。 除拳腳功夫訓練外還包括多元化技術,如擋手技、閃避技、摔撻等。

我們所頒發的考試證書獲得SKIF成員國際認可,從最初級(“kyu”或非黑帶等級)至最高級別(”Dan”段)。所有成績必須於日本東京SKIF總部註冊,一經註冊,其資格獲得SKIF世界附屬分館公認,亦得到許多傳統空手道組織認可。

也能的 !你不需要任何武術或拳擊經驗。我們的課程包括低或高強度訓練,柔合空手道,跆拳道和拳擊組合。建議初學者慢慢開始。聽你的身體,並在需要時休息。盡全力鍛煉身體。
